Mental Health Awareness and Wellbeing Training

We offer a range of Mental Health Awareness training courses and workshops for organisations, as well as open online sessions for individuals.

Our bespoke training can be delivered at your workplace, at a time that suits you, and can be tailored for small teams, managers, departments or your entire organisation.

We also host online Mental Health Awareness sessions, which are ideal for individuals, small businesses, charities, community interest companies (CICs) and voluntary organisations.

To help make our online training as accessible as possible, we offer a clear, tiered pricing structure:

  • Level1 – Full Time Employment (35hrs per week or more) – £75 per person
  • Level 2 – Part Time Employment (34hrs per week or less) – £30 per person
  • Level 3 – NEET Not in Education, Employment or Training – £15 per person

If the cost of a course is a barrier, we’d still encourage you to get in touch. Please email training@birminghammind.org and we’ll be happy to explore how we may be able to support you.
