As we do every year we have launched our service user survey so that we can hear from you.
This year our survey is a little different, as it focuses on the support you have received since the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. We know that for lots of you, how we support and engage with you, changed when the lockdown restrictions were put in place.
This survey remains your opportunity to tell us about your experience of Birmingham Mind’s services from your point of view.
The survey is accessible online from today until 4th September and can be accessed via the link below.
Your thoughts, responses and replies will help us to formulate how our services will be delivered in the future.
Your Support Worker or Key Worker will contact you about this and can support and assist you in answering the questions if needed.
All of the responses will be submitted anonymously.
