New “Being Well” – Online Service

Birmingham Mind is excited to be launching its new online service **Being Well** !!

We will be hosting some 4 week courses and one off workshops. The sessions will include topics such as
*Mindfulness
*Dealing with Anxiety
*Coping with isolation
*Living life to the full (general well being for physical and mental health)
*On-line Nattering” (A friendly and open drop in session)
*Nature and Wellbeing
