Workplace Wellbeing & Mental Health Support Training Courses – New for Autumn 2021

New this Autumn, we are offering a range of Workplace Wellbeing & Mental Health Support courses.

Ideal for workplaces, community groups, neighbourhood groups, social clubs and voluntary groups, these courses provide the information and support you need to provide effective mental health support.

Workplaces – Our courses are aimed at anyone working in a customer facing role, anyone getting back to a place of work, back from furlough, back from redundancy, back to home working or even a blended version of all of them.

We are also able to provide two courses that give a more general overview of mental health support, which is suitable for any group of people wanting to develop their knowledge of mental health, how to support someone with mental health issues, alongside discussing the topic of stigma and discrimination.
