This four hour in-person course is aimed at MHFAiders^® or Champions to refresh their skills and update their knowledge. It’s recommended MHFAiders^® take this every three years. The course enables you to

• Renew your skills with
• Update your knowledge of mental health support
• Practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan
• Access to the MHFAiderSupportApp®
• Access the MHFA England Online Learning Hub.

Please note that the MHFA Refresher is only for people who have completed an Adult Mental Health First Aider course, Future Quals Level 3 Award in Mental Health: Workplace First Aider or FAA level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health (RQF)

Learning:

This is a delivered in person over a period of four hours.

Learning takes place through a mix of presentations, group discussions and workshop activities

We limit numbers to 25 people per course so that the instructor can keep people safe and supported while they learn

Cost: £150.00 per person for an open public course.
