Kick off Spring by raising money and awareness for mental health, while also improving your mental and physical wellbeing. The best part is, you can choose any activity you like and change it up each day! Walk, run, cycle, dance, swim, skip, stretch even clean – so long as you’re moving and having fun, it counts.
