We will not only have a wealth of mental health and wellbeing support on offer but it’s also an opportunity to learn confidence building techniques and received support to improve your self-esteem.
We are excited to welcome the Shaw Trust back to our Hub, who will be on hand to offer invaluable workplace and employment support, alongside the Bethel Doula service, providing pregnancy and pregnancy loss resources. We are also excited to welcome to the Hub for the first time the fabulous team from Anawim.
Mum’s and their mini’s are equally welcome to join us, we will have cupcakes and some craft activities on offer throughout the day.
Drop in for an informative yet calming space in the chaos of the city, so whether its a quick chat about low mood or an in-depth discussion about more specific mental health concerns, our CDW Team will be on hand throughout the day to offer free advice, information and guidance to anyone needing mental health support.
