Paula’s current role is Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and she has previously worked as Associate Director of Acute and Urgent Care Services within Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust as well as other roles spanning 30 years.

Paula has also chaired a Charity and is passionate about partnership working.
