Ruth joined Birmingham Mind in November 2016. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years management and accounting experience at senior and board level, the majority gained in charities and other not for profit organisations.

Ruth enjoys playing and teaching music and volunteers as a Brownie Guide Leader in her spare time.
