Role Description
We are seeking volunteer support with administrative expense responsibilities of our service users.
Tasks
Our volunteer will process and check volunteer expenses claims using a dedicated inbox, put them on our finance system (FocalPoint) so that managers can validate them, and then send them to our finance team for payment.
Any other associated tasks as part of the administrative support role
Skills Required
- A Positive attitude towards mental health and those who have experienced mental distress
- Reasonable level of English language
- A moderate level of IT with willingness to learn
- Willingness to use MS Excel and our online finance system Focal Point
- Precision and care when applying codes
- Empathy and kindness
