We are excited to announce the appointment of James Harper as our new Director of Operations / Deputy CEO.

With over 20 years’ experience of working in the charity sector James is the perfect fit to lead us into an exciting new chapter of our ever-growing organisation.

 After 16 years at Beacon Counselling, a leading mental health charity based in Stockport, Greater Manchester, James joins us following the retirement of John Bristow, our Director of Operations for the past 12.5 years. John and James will be working together closely over the next few weeks until Johns impending leave date later this month.

James will be out and about visiting our care homes and wellbeing hubs soon, so if you spot him on site, please do say hello.
