Calling all our Service Users – we want to hear from you. We have now launched our service user survey so that we can hear from you.

Our survey focusses on the support you have received over the last  12 months. What has been good and not so good and most importantly, how can we improve the support we provide.

This survey is YOUR opportunity to tell us about your experience of Birmingham Mind’s services from your point of view.

The survey is accessible online from today until 29th July and can be accessed via the link below.

Your thoughts, responses and replies will help us to formulate how our services will be delivered in the future.

Your Support Worker or Key Worker will contact you about this and can support and assist you in answering the questions if needed.
