Its time to get your elf costumes ready!
We are super excited to be hosting our second 5km Mental Elf fun run.
Our staff, volunteers, service users and supporters are all invited to join us on Sunday 1st December at Cannon Hill Park for this fabulous, family friendly, fundraising event.
Its not a race – you can do the 5km route your way, run, jog, walk or skip. The course is accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs and we’d love to see as many of you in your elf costumes as possible.
