On Sunday 22nd January, the most important holiday in China, the Lunar New Year, commences. It’s the arrival of spring and the beginning of a new year on the lunisolar calendar.

2023 is symbolised by the Rabbit and is predicted to be a year of hope.

As part of these celebrations, we are excited to be attending the Lunar New Year celebrations in Chinatown on this day and we’ll have our Helpline Leaflet available in English and Mandarin to help promote the importance of good mental health & wellbeing this new year.

Copies of the translated leaflet are available here.
