Volunteer Role
Can you help us to create a calm and welcoming space in our city centre Wellbeing Hub?
We need you to help sand & prepare walls and skirting. Fill drilled holes and paint all walls and skirting boards.
Time
The opportunity ideally needs to be carried out on a Monday.
Any Monday in July 2023 onwards
10:00am – 5:00pm
Resources
We’d love support in sourcing some
- Dust sheets
- Sandpaper
- Brushes
- Rollers
- Sugar soap
- Buckets
- Scrapers
- Cleaning equipment
- Step ladders
- Filler
- Frog tape
- Paint and other materials to complete task
Requirements
To access the space we will need to give notice to our landlords to allow use of the service elevator and rear access.
There is an entrance to take materials and equipment up through the service entrance.
Parking space in the service bay is only available for 30 minutes. Vehicles would have to be then moved and parked elsewhere.
If Monday is not possible, could do a weekend date in July.
