The Big Climb is back!
Looking for your next challenge? Join us this summer, as we trek the 22km route over the Shropshire Hills for better mental health.
The Shropshire Hills offer panoramic views and sweeping valleys, with the hike leading up to Pole Bank (512 meters) and taking in Haddon Hill and Bodbury Hill before heading back down to the market town of Church Stretton.
It is proven that spending time in nature has a positive impact on your mental health. The benefits include improved sleep, reduced stress, lower blood pressure and boosts your immune system. It is also a great way to connect and socialise with others.
We’re excited to bring the Big Hike to 2025 and we are inviting you to take part to help to raise funds for the services we offer in Birmingham. Services such as our Central Birmingham Wellbeing Hub and our Anti-Stigma Associates Group. More information about our services can be found here.
