Join us on Sunday 1st December, registration from 10:30am, fun run begins 12 noon

We are so excited to bring back our Mental Elf Festive Fun Run for its second year!

Mental Elf is a 5km “Festive Fun Run” suitable for all ages and abilities. Whether you walk, jog, skip or run, its all about having lots of festive fun whilst raising funds to support people in Birmingham with their mental health.

Taking place at Cannon Hill Park on Sunday 1st December, this is an event for everyone which focuses on bringing people together, not only to fundraise, but to raise awareness for mental health and wellbeing. Mental Elf promotes the benefits of physical activity, connecting with people and doing something to help others.

We know the festive season can be hard for some people. Throughout December 2023 our Helpline answered 1,486 calls.

All donations raised during Mental Elf stay here in Birmingham to help fund our vital services to support people with their mental health and wellbeing. Services such as our Central Wellbeing Hub,  located inside the Bullring & Grand Central.

Thank you to all our elves and to everyone who sponsors them. Together we can ensure no one has to face their mental health struggles alone.

Thank you to Access Skills, HTM and Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham who have kindly agreed to be our fantastic event sponsors for Mental Elf this year!

If you wish to ask family, friends or colleagues for sponsorship, you can set up your Just Giving Page
