The Big Climb is back!

Looking for your next challenge? Join us this autumn, as we trek the 32km route in the Peak District for better mental health.

The Edale and Hope Valleys offer breath-taking views, and climbs including Kinder ScoutMam Torthe Great Ridge and Lose Hill, before finishing back in the village of Hope.

It is proven that spending time in nature has a positive impact on your mental health. The benefits include improved sleep, reduced stress, lower blood pressure and boosts your immune system. It is also a great way to connect and socialise with others.

We’re excited to bring the Big Hike to 2026 and we are inviting you to take part to help to raise funds for the services we offer in Birmingham. Services such as our Central Birmingham Wellbeing Hub and our Anti-Stigma Associates Group. More information about our services can be found here.
