Take on a challenge or a run, it’s a great way to help change a person’s life, while staying fit and having fun.

Physical Challenges

  • Half Marathon/Marathon: Take on the challenge of running a half marathon or a full marathon to raise funds.
  • Skydiving: For those looking for an adrenaline rush, a skydive could be an incredible and memorable way to raise money.
  • Mud Runs/Obstacle Courses: Test your physical endurance and have fun getting muddy while raising funds for a great cause.
  • Cycling Events: Whether it’s a long-distance bike ride or a local cycling challenge, this is another great way to fundraise.
  • Sponsored Walks: If you prefer something a little less intense, a sponsored walk through local parks or around the city could still have a big impact.

Or Sign up to walk, cycle, swim or run in aid of Birmingham Mind and join the fight for better mental health in Birmingham!
