You have the right to expect that all Birmingham Mind staff, volunteers and other service users, will treat you respectfully and considerately at all times.
You have the right to expect that you will receive high quality, professional support that is designed around your individual needs.
And you have the right to complain about any aspect of your service which you are not happy with.
We have a complaints procedure in place for this very reason. In fact we welcome complaints as a way of improving our services.
