Birmingham Wellbeing Hub is open Monday – Friday between 10am – 4pm

Our new drop-in Wellbeing Hub provides a safe, secure environment for anyone aged 18+ living in Birmingham or Solihull seeking mental health advice, support and signposting.

Its with thanks to the Bullring & Grand Central that we are able to offer this new service in heart of the city, where we invite anyone in need to pop in and chat with our friendly team of support workers.

What's On at the Birmingham Hub?

Monday | Aquarius Young Person Support

On alternate Mondays we welcome Aquarius to the Hub.

Tuesday | Unravel: Crochet and Knitting group

Our crochet and knitting group UNRAVEL is every Tuesday from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm

Come with your own craft supplies or use ours, either way you will be made to feel very welcome at our new craft support session, for a cuppa, conversation and wellbeing support.

Tuesday | Housing Support with Sifa Fireside

Each Tuesday we welcome the Adult Support Hub (ASH) Team from Sifa Fireside to provide, advice and information and support in relation to housing and homelessness

Thursday | Time to Recover

Pop in on a Thursday to find out more about our citywide Mental Health & Wellbeing Hub service.

Our 4 hubs offer a range of structured sessions, emotional support groups and social drop ins. Located in Erdington, Handsworth, Yardley and Northfield.

This service is available for those with a mental health diagnosis or a long term mental health condition.

Thursday | Anawim

On the last Thursday of the month, welcome Anawim, providing support for Trauma and Abuse for women

  • Support for women who have experienced Trauma, Abuse or Violence

Thursday | Pregnancy Support After Loss

This session is delivered by the Bethel Doula Service, for mothers who have experienced perinatal or postnatal baby loss.

It runs on the 1st Thursday of every month.

  • 6:30pm – 7:30pm

  • Open to all mothers who have experienced baby loss.

Friday | Fundraising Friday

Pop along and meet our Fundraising Officer, Kerrie, to talk about inspiring ways in which you can support the work we do.

  • No appointment needed – simply drop in
  • Access one-to-one advice with our friendly and compassionate team
  • Socialise with others in our group and peer support sessions
  • Join in themed workshops, including arts and crafts, creative writing and walking groups
  • Utilise protected drop-in times for specific groups, including women, those looking to volunteer
