Our Well-being & Resilience Sessions for Carers, funded by Birmingham Better care, are the perfect support package for anyone looking to manager their own mental health whilst caring for another person.
We offer Well-being & Resilience Sessions for Carers at the following locations around the city

If you are a carer or know someone who is, you can directly refer them to the program, by completing the Access Form for Carers. All forms should be returned to our Beechcroft Office ( address is provided on the form) or via email
As a carer, managing your mental health and well-being is vital in keeping you well, to allow you to continue to support the person who needs your care.
